Easy to use!!
We bought this car seat for our daughter who just turned 5 years old. She is very petite and won't make the 40 lb cut off for using the seat belt for a while. This booster seat has been great to have her feel like a "big girl" instead of being in a convertible car seat. It works easily with the latch system and is no problem to switch between cars. Best of all, all three of our seats (a convertible, the hybrid, and a regular booster) now fit in the back of our VW Passat. All five of us can now travel in that car for the first time since our third child was born. We've always worried when we've travelled if the back seat of the rental car will accommodate our kids and now we won't have to worry about that. Thank you!

The car seats are great. We had two car seats for our two children and needed to add a third for the little girl we watch. We couldn't find any seat that would fit between our two existing seats(even just a booster), but if we replaced the biggest one, we were able to fit two of these next to the other one (allowing for three car seats in the back of our little Honda). It has worked out great. I agree with some of the reviews that they don't offer any real support for sleeping, but they are perfectly comfortable for regular driving and on 'longer' car trips (or when naps are encouraged) we gave each of the kids a car buddy that they can use and it conveniently acts as a pillow when they're tired.
They each loved their special treat and think the seats are 'cool spaceman seats'. I love the fact that they're all still in the five-point harness. While our oldest is technically big enough for the booster, I like knowing that he has the security of the extra belts. I also appreciated that the buckles have padding around them so that the hot plastic/metal never has to directly touch the kids (especially nice since it has been a REALLY hot summer). Overall, I'm saying great design!!
